Collect patient health information and perform screenings and routine diagnostic tests to support providers and deliver an efficient patient experience.
What you'll do
- Room patients, take vital signs, complete screenings and medication reviews, and support patient flow.
- Perform applicable clinical tasks such as vaccinations, point-of-care tests, and blood draws; maintain supplies and quality-control measures.
- Support care teams with patient requests, medical records, EMR documents, orders, and care-team meetings.
