Provides clinical and administrative support at Oak Street Health by collecting patient information, performing screenings and routine tests, and helping care teams deliver patient care.
What you'll do
- Room patients, take vital signs, complete screenings and medication reviews, and support efficient patient flow.
- Perform permitted vaccinations and point-of-care tests, maintain supplies and quality controls, and upload documents into the EMR.
- Respond to patient requests, coordinate records and equipment orders, and participate in care team meetings.
