Supports primary care providers by documenting patient encounters, improving clinical documentation, and assisting with care-team workflows and administrative tasks.
What you'll do
- Observe visits and document structured notes, assign CPT and ICD-10 codes, and prepare After Visit Summaries.
- Review records and use population health tools to support documentation improvement and clinical reviews.
- Place orders and referrals, address tasks, and provide other clinical documentation support.
