About the job
Supports a primary care provider by documenting patient visits, improving clinical documentation, and assisting the care team with administrative tasks.
What you'll do
- Record patient encounters, assign CPT and ICD-10 codes, and prepare after-visit summaries.
- Review medical records and support clinical documentation improvement, huddles, and reviews.
- Place orders and referrals, address tasks, and provide other administrative support to the care team.
