Provides real-time clinical documentation and workflow support to primary care providers during patient encounters.
What you'll do
- Document patient visits in the EMR, assign CPT/ICD-10 codes, and prepare After Visit Summaries.
- Retrieve external medical records, identify documentation gaps, and support daily team huddles.
- Process orders and referrals, resolve clinical tasks, and support clinic workflows.
