Documents primary care visits in real time and supports clinical documentation, coding, and clinic workflows so providers can focus on patient care.
What you'll do
- Record patient encounters in the EMR, assign CPT/ICD-10 codes, and prepare After Visit Summaries.
- Retrieve external records and identify documentation gaps to support care-gap closure.
- Process orders and referrals, resolve clinical tasks, and support daily team huddles and clinic workflows.
