About the job
Supports primary care providers by documenting patient encounters, improving clinical documentation, and assisting with care-team workflows and follow-up tasks.
What you'll do
- Observe visits and document structured clinical notes, assign CPT and ICD-10 codes, and prepare after-visit summaries.
- Review records and use population health tools to support documentation improvement and care-gap closure.
- Assist with orders, referrals, provider tasks, huddles, and other clinical documentation responsibilities.

- Advanced listening and communication skills; strong computer literacy and ability to learn technical workflows.
- Ability to adapt, take direction, work as part of a care team, and attend work in person at clinics.

$17.00 - $28.46 USD base hourly rate
