Supports primary care providers by documenting patient encounters, improving clinical documentation, and assisting with care-team workflows and administrative tasks.
What you'll do
- Observe visits and document structured clinical notes, assign CPT and ICD-10 codes, and prepare After Visit Summaries.
- Review medical records and use population health tools to support documentation improvement and care-gap closure.
- Place orders and referrals, address tasks, and support provider huddles and other care-team needs.
