About the job
Supports primary care providers by documenting patient encounters, improving clinical documentation, and assisting with care-team workflows.
What you'll do
- Observe visits and document structured notes, assign CPT and ICD-10 codes, and prepare After Visit Summaries.
- Review records and use population health tools to support documentation improvement and care-gap closure.
- Place orders and referrals, address tasks, and support provider huddles and other clinical documentation work.
What they ask for
- Knowledge of medical terminology and common medications, from a pre-medical degree or prior clinical experience.
- Advanced listening and communication skills, computer literacy, and ability to learn technical workflows.
- Ability to work in person during clinic hours, approximately 40–45 hours weekly, and commit to at least 1 year.

Pay
