About the job
Supports primary care providers by documenting patient encounters, improving clinical documentation, and assisting with care-team workflows.
What you'll do
- Observe and document patient visits in structured notes, assign CPT and ICD-10 codes, and prepare after-visit summaries.
- Support documentation improvement by reviewing medical records, using population health tools, and assisting with huddles and reviews.
- Place orders and referrals, address tasks, and provide other clinical documentation support.
