Supports primary care providers by documenting patient visits, improving clinical documentation, coding encounters, and assisting with care-team workflows.
What you'll do
- Observe and document patient encounters in structured notes, assign CPT and ICD-10 codes, and prepare after-visit summaries.
- Review records and use population health tools to help identify documentation opportunities and close care gaps.
- Support provider and care-team workflows, including huddles, orders, referrals, and administrative tasks.
