About the job
Supports primary care providers by documenting patient encounters, improving clinical documentation, and assisting with care-team workflows.
What you'll do
- Observe visits and document structured notes, assign CPT and ICD-10 codes, and prepare after-visit summaries.
- Support clinical documentation improvement using medical records and population health tools.
- Place orders and referrals, address tasks, and assist with huddles and other care-team needs.
