Supports primary care providers by documenting patient encounters, improving clinical documentation, and assisting with care-team workflows.
What you'll do
- Observe visits and document encounters, assign CPT and ICD-10 codes, and prepare After Visit Summaries.
- Support documentation improvement by reviewing records, using population health tools, and preparing for clinical reviews.
- Assist with orders, referrals, tasks, and other clinical documentation responsibilities.
What they ask for
- Knowledge of medical terminology and common medications, from a pre-medical degree or prior clinical experience.
- Advanced listening and communication skills, computer literacy, and ability to learn technical workflows.
- Ability to work in person during clinic hours, commit to at least 1 year, and work approximately 40–45 hours per week.

$17.00 - $31.30 USD base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary
