About the job
Supports a primary care provider by documenting patient visits, improving clinical documentation, and assisting with care-team administrative tasks.
What you'll do
- Record structured patient encounter notes, assign CPT and ICD-10 codes, and prepare after-visit summaries.
- Support clinical documentation improvement through medical-record review, population-health tools, huddles, and provider consultations.
- Place orders and referrals, address tasks, and provide other administrative support to the care team.
