Supports primary care providers by documenting patient encounters, improving clinical documentation, and assisting with care-team workflows.
What you'll do
- Observe visits and document structured notes, assign CPT and ICD-10 codes, prepare after-visit summaries, and confirm documentation with providers.
- Review medical records and use population health tools to support documentation improvement and care-gap closure.
- Assist with orders, referrals, tasks, daily huddles, and other care-team needs.
