- Enroll members in automatic payments; resolve billing inquiries, payment exceptions, and correspondence.
- Review payment quality, reconcile premium withholdings, and support CMS-compliant dunning, disenrollment, reinstatements, and refunds.
- Track operational metrics, identify recurring issues, and recommend process improvements.
