Provides remote mental health therapy and psychosocial support to individuals, couples, and families ages 13 and older through MinuteClinic.
What you'll do
- Provide short-term counseling and evidence-based mental health care.
- Conduct assessment and treatment planning, and collaborate on patient care.
- Provide psychosocial support and education to patients and families.
