About the job
Provides remote mental health therapy and psychosocial support to patients ages 13 and older, including individuals, couples, and families.
What you'll do
- Deliver short-term counseling and evidence-based mental health care, including assessment and treatment planning.
- Provide psychosocial support and education and collaborate on patient care.
- Use virtual therapy tools and support continuity of care.
