Provides remote mental health therapy, psychosocial support, assessment, and treatment planning for individuals, couples, and families ages 13 and older.
What you'll do
- Provide evidence-based short-term counseling and psychosocial support.
- Conduct assessment and treatment planning, and collaborate on patient care.
- Support continuity of care using clinical tools and the Minute Clinic care team.

- Hold a current, active, unencumbered Florida license as an LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT.
