About the job
Provides virtual primary and acute care to patients aged 18 months and older, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, counseling, care coordination, and documentation.
What you'll do
- Assess and treat patients, manage health problems, and plan care disposition, including counseling on contraception, STI prevention, and safer sex.
- Educate patients, answer care inquiries, and document care in an EHR.
- Coordinate care with internal and external colleagues and collaborate with the patient care team.

- Current license in CT, GA, NC, ND, NJ, NY, PA, SC, SD, VA, WI, or WV; must be willing and able to obtain additional licensure as needed.
