About the job
Provides virtual primary and acute care, assessment, treatment, counseling, and care coordination for patients aged 18 months and older.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage health concerns, including pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and contraceptive care.
- Educate and counsel patients, answer care inquiries, and plan dispositions.
- Document care in an EHR and coordinate with the patient care team.
