Leads Clinical Program Consultants and advises Aetna National Accounts customers on clinical trends and programs to improve health outcomes and manage medical costs.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and oversee a team of approximately 7–8 Clinical Program Consultants, setting priorities and aligning resources with customer and field needs.
- Analyze medical, pharmacy, behavioral health, and disability trends and recommend or improve clinical programs and cost-management strategies.
- Partner with account teams and customers to support business objectives and maximize clinical and financial outcomes.
