Oversee retail pharmacy operations during night shifts, safely dispensing prescriptions and providing patient counseling, immunizations, and clinical care while supporting the pharmacy team.
What you'll do
- Dispense and counsel on prescriptions, provide immunizations and permissible clinical services, and promote patient safety.
- Oversee pharmacy operations as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy, coaching team members and supporting workflow, inventory, and compliance.
- Resolve patient medication or insurance issues and help deliver positive, compassionate patient experiences.
