Oversee retail pharmacy operations during night shifts, safely dispense and counsel on medications, provide immunizations and clinical services, and support the pharmacy team and patient care.
What you'll do
- Dispense and counsel on prescriptions, deliver immunizations and permissible clinical services, and help improve patient health outcomes.
- Oversee pharmacy operations as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy, supporting team performance, workflow, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
- Resolve patient and medication issues while promoting safe, compassionate care and coaching pharmacy team members.
