Oversees retail pharmacy operations on night shifts, dispensing and counseling patients, administering immunizations, supporting clinical services, and guiding the pharmacy team.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely, counsel patients, provide immunizations, and support pharmacist-delivered clinical care where permissible.
- Oversee pharmacy operations as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy, including workflow, team coaching, inventory, and compliance.
- Support positive patient experiences and resolve medication or insurance issues while following applicable laws and CVS Health policies.
