Provides clinic-based primary and family care, including in-person and virtual visits, to assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
What you'll do
- Deliver evidence-based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Provide diagnostic testing, preventive counseling and screenings, injury and illness treatment, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
- Complete clinic operations such as inventory management, patient follow-up, insurance verification, and payment collection.
What they ask for
- Master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program and current AANP or ANCC board certification.
- Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing; obtain and maintain multi-state licensure based on business needs.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ability to pass a respirator FIT test.
- Complete DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment; ability to provide specified counseling and order/administer vaccines and injections.
Nice to have
- Experience with the EPIC electronic health record.
- Experience in virtual care, familiarity with digital health tools, or prior MinuteClinic precepting rotation when provider experience is under one year.
Pay
