Provides clinic-based primary and family care, including in-person and clinic-based virtual visits, for acute and chronic conditions.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive counseling, screenings, and wellness services.
- Conduct in-person and virtual visits, perform diagnostic testing, and coordinate care with other health professionals.
- Handle clinic operations, including inventory, opening and closing, patient follow-up, insurance verification, and payment collection.

- Master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program and current AANP or ANCC national board certification.
- Active, unrestricted FNP/APRN license in good standing; obtain and maintain multi-state licensure based on business needs.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; pass a respirator FIT test; complete DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
- Ability to provide holistic evidence-based care, including pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and safer sex counseling, and to order/administer vaccines and injections.
Nice to have

- Virtual-care assessment and clinical decision-making experience; familiarity with digital health tools and virtual communication technologies.
Pay
$41.85 - $90.13 (base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary; pay range also described as base salary)
