Delivers clinic-based primary and family care, including in-person and virtual visits, diagnosis and treatment, preventive services, and care coordination.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive counseling and screenings.
- Conduct in-person and clinic-based virtual visits, diagnostic testing, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
- Handle clinic operations, including inventory, patient follow-up, insurance verification, payment collection, and appointment management.
What they ask for
- Master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program and current national board certification (AANP or ANCC).
- Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in good standing; obtain and maintain multi-state licensure based on business needs.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; complete DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment and pass a respirator FIT test.
- Ability to provide evidence-based care, order/administer vaccines and injections, and be physically present at the assigned clinic.
Nice to have
- Experience with the EPIC electronic health record.
- Prior MinuteClinic precepting rotation (for less than one year of provider experience); virtual-care assessment and digital health experience.
Pay
$41.85 - $90.13 (base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary)
