Provides clinic-based primary and family care, including in-person and virtual visits, diagnosis and treatment, preventive services, and clinic operations.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based care.
- Conduct in-person and clinic-based virtual visits, diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, and care coordination.
- Handle clinic operations such as inventory, opening and closing, patient follow-up, insurance verification, and payment collection.
What they ask for
- Master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program and current national board certification (AANP or ANCC).
- Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in good standing; obtain and maintain multi-state licensure based on business needs.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; complete DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment and pass a respirator FIT test.
- Ability to provide holistic evidence-based care, administer vaccines and injections, and be physically present at the assigned clinic.
Nice to have
- Experience with the EPIC electronic health record.
- Virtual care assessment and decision-making experience, familiarity with digital health tools, or a MinuteClinic precepting rotation (if under one year of provider experience).
Pay
$41.85 - $90.13 (base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary; posting does not specify which applies to this role)
