About the job
Provides evidence-based primary and family care to clinic patients, with virtual visits from the clinic when in-person demand allows.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, and injury and illness care.
- Provide in-person and virtual visits, wellness services, chronic disease management, and preventive screenings; coordinate care with other professionals.
- Handle clinic operations, including inventory, opening and closing, patient follow-up, insurance verification, payment collection, and appointment management.

- Master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program and current AANP or ANCC board certification.
- Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in good standing; obtain and maintain multi-state licensure based on business needs.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; complete DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment and pass a respirator FIT test.
- Ability to provide evidence-based care, including counseling on pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and safer sex; ability to order/administer vaccines and injections.
Nice to have
- Experience with the EPIC electronic health record.
- MinuteClinic precepting rotation if provider experience is under one year; virtual-care assessment and decision-making experience; familiarity with digital health tools and virtual communication technologies.
Pay
$41.85 - $90.13 USD base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary
