Provides clinic-based primary and family care, including in-person and virtual visits, for acute and chronic conditions while supporting clinic operations.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive counseling, screenings, and injury and illness care.
- Conduct in-person and clinic-based virtual visits, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
- Manage clinic operations, including inventory, opening and closing, follow-up, insurance verification, and payment collection.

- Master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program and current AANP or ANCC national board certification.
- Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing and active, unrestricted state APRN license.
