About the job
Provides clinic-based primary and family care, including in-person and virtual visits, for acute and chronic conditions while supporting clinic operations.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive counseling and screenings.
- Conduct in-person and clinic-based virtual visits, perform diagnostic testing, and coordinate care.
- Handle clinic operations such as inventory, opening and closing, patient follow-up, insurance verification, and payment collection.

- Current national board certification (AANP or ANCC) and an active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ability to pass a respirator FIT test.

Pay
$46.03 - $99.14 USD base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary
