About the job
Provides evidence-based primary and family care to patients at a clinic, with virtual visits offered from the clinic when they do not interfere with in-person care.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive counseling, screenings, and diagnostic testing.
- Deliver in-person and virtual care, coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, and support wellness and chronic disease management.
- Handle clinic operations such as inventory, opening and closing, follow-up, insurance verification, payment collection, and appointment management.
What they ask for
- Master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program and current AANP or ANCC board certification.
- Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in good standing; obtain and maintain multistate licensure based on business needs.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; complete DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment and pass a respirator FIT test.
- Ability to provide evidence-based counseling, order and administer vaccines and injections, and be physically present at the assigned clinic.
Nice to have

- EPIC experience, a MinuteClinic precepting rotation (if provider experience is under one year), or experience with virtual care and digital health tools.
Pay
$58.00-$66.50 per hour (base pay); $41.85 - $90.13 (base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary)
