Provides clinic-based primary and family care, including in-person and virtual visits, diagnosis and treatment, preventive services, and clinic operations.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive counseling and screenings.
- Conduct in-person and clinic-based virtual visits, diagnostic testing, and coordinate care with other professionals.
- Handle clinic operations such as inventory, opening and closing, follow-up, insurance verification, and payment collection.

- Master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program and current AANP or ANCC board certification.
- Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in good standing; obtain and maintain multi-state licensure as needed.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and ability to pass a respirator FIT test.
- Complete DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment; physical presence at assigned clinic required.
Nice to have
- Experience with the EPIC electronic health record.

Pay
$50.22 - $108.15 USD base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary
