Provides in-person primary and family care at a clinic, with virtual visits as patient volume allows, and supports related clinic operations.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive counseling and wellness services.
- Conduct in-person and clinic-based virtual visits, diagnostic testing, screenings, and care coordination.
- Handle clinic operations including inventory, opening and closing, patient follow-up, insurance verification, and payment collection.

- Master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program and current AANP or ANCC board certification.
- Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing; obtain and maintain multi-state licensure based on business needs.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; complete DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment and pass a respirator FIT test.
- Ability to provide specified holistic care, administer vaccines and injections, and be physically present at the assigned clinic.
Nice to have
- EPIC electronic health record experience; prior MinuteClinic precepting rotation for providers with less than one year of experience.
- Experience with virtual-care assessments and decision-making; familiarity with digital health tools and virtual communication technologies.
Pay
$58.00-$66.50 an hour (hourly pay range); $41.85 - $90.13 (base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary range)
