About the job
Provides clinic-based primary and family care at Temecula-area HealthHub locations, with virtual visits from the clinic when they do not interfere with in-person care.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive counseling, screenings, and wellness services.
- Conduct in-person and virtual visits, diagnostic testing, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
- Handle clinic operations including inventory, opening and closing, patient follow-up, insurance verification, payment collection, and appointment management.
What they ask for
- Master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program and current national board certification (AANP or ANCC).
- Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in good standing; obtain and maintain multi-state licensure based on business needs.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; complete DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
- Ability to provide specified evidence-based care, administer vaccines and injections, pass a respirator FIT test, and be physically present at the assigned clinic.
Nice to have
- Experience with the EPIC electronic health record.
- Experience in virtual care, familiarity with digital health tools, or a MinuteClinic precepting rotation (for less than one year of provider experience).
Pay
$73.00 - $84.50 an hour (base hourly rate); $46.03 - $99.14 (base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary)
