About the job
Deliver clinic-based primary and family care, including in-person visits and virtual care when it does not interfere with in-person care.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive counseling, screenings, and wellness services.
- Perform diagnostic testing and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
- Handle clinic operations, including inventory, opening and closing, follow-up, insurance verification, payment collection, and appointment management.

- Master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program and current AANP or ANCC board certification.
- Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in good standing; active, unrestricted state APRN license.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ability to pass a respirator FIT test.
- Complete DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment; ability to provide specified counseling and administer vaccines and injections.

Pay
$41.85 - $90.13 USD base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary
