About the job
Provides evidence-based primary and family care through in-person clinic visits and virtual visits conducted from the clinic, while supporting clinic operations.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive care and counseling.
- Conduct in-person and clinic-based virtual visits, diagnostic testing, screenings, and care coordination.
- Handle clinic operations such as inventory, opening and closing, patient follow-up, insurance verification, and payment collection.

- Master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program and current national board certification (AANP or ANCC).
- Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in good standing; obtain and maintain multi-state licensure based on business needs.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and ability to pass a respirator FIT test.
- DOT certification exam completed within 30 days of employment.
Nice to have
- Experience with the EPIC electronic health record.
- Experience in virtual care, familiarity with digital health tools, or a prior MinuteClinic precepting rotation (if less than one year of provider experience).
Pay
$41.85 - $90.13 USD base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary
