About the job
Provides clinic-based primary and family care, including in-person and virtual visits, assessment and treatment, prevention, and coordination of care.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive counseling and wellness services.
- Conduct diagnostic testing, administer vaccines and injections, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
- Handle clinic operations, including inventory, opening and closing, patient follow-up, insurance verification, and payment collection.

- Master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program and current national board certification (AANP or ANCC).
- Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in good standing; obtain and maintain multi-state licensure based on business needs.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; complete DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
- Ability to provide holistic, evidence-based care, pass a respirator FIT test, and be physically present at the assigned clinic.

Pay
$41.85 - $90.13 USD base hourly rate
