About the job
Provide clinic-based primary and family care, with virtual visits when clinic volume allows, and support related patient care and clinic operations.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive care and counseling.
- Conduct in-person and virtual visits, diagnostic testing, wellness services, and care coordination.
- Manage clinic operations, including inventory, opening and closing, follow-up, insurance verification, and payments.
What they ask for
- Master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program and current AANP or ANCC board certification.
- Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner/APRN license; obtain and maintain multi-state licensure based on business needs.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; complete DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment and pass a respirator FIT test.
- Ability to provide specified counseling and administer vaccines and injections; physical presence at assigned clinic required.
Nice to have

Pay
$41.85 - $90.13 USD base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary
