About the job
Provides clinic-based primary and family care, including in-person and virtual visits, for acute and chronic conditions in Southern Indiana.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive care and wellness services.
- Conduct diagnostic testing, counseling, injury and illness treatment, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
- Handle clinic operations, including inventory, opening and closing, patient follow-up, insurance verification, and payment collection.

- Master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program and current AANP or ANCC board certification.
- Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in good standing; obtain and maintain multistate licensure as needed.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; complete DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment and pass a respirator FIT test.
- Ability to provide evidence-based care, including vaccines and injections; physical presence at the assigned clinic is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with the EPIC electronic health record.
- Virtual care assessment and decision-making experience; familiarity with digital health tools and virtual communication technologies.
Pay
$37.66 - $81.11 USD base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary
