About the job
Deliver clinic-based primary and family care, including in-person visits and virtual visits from the clinic when patient volume permits.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive counseling, screenings, and wellness services.
- Perform diagnostic testing and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
- Handle clinic operations, including inventory, opening and closing, patient follow-up, insurance verification, payment collection, and appointment management.
What they ask for
- Master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program and current AANP or ANCC board certification.
- Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing; obtain and maintain multistate licensure based on business needs.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; complete DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment and pass a respirator FIT test.
- Ability to provide evidence-based care, including sexual health counseling, and to order or administer vaccines and injections; physical presence at assigned clinic required.
Nice to have
- Experience with the EPIC electronic health record.
- Virtual-care assessment and decision-making experience; digital health familiarity; or a MinuteClinic precepting rotation for those with less than one year of provider experience.
Pay
$37.66 - $81.11 USD base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary
