About the job
Provides clinic-based primary and family care, including in-person and virtual visits, for acute and chronic conditions while supporting clinic operations.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based care.
- Provide diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, wellness services, and care coordination through in-person and clinic-based virtual visits.
- Perform clinic operations such as inventory management, patient follow-up, insurance verification, and appointment management.

- Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in good standing and active, unrestricted state APRN license.
- Master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program and current national board certification (AANP or ANCC).
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ability to pass a respirator FIT test.
- Ability to provide holistic, evidence-based care, administer vaccines and injections, and complete a DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.

Pay
$41.85 - $90.13 USD base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary
