About the job
Provides evidence-based primary and family care through in-person clinic visits and virtual visits conducted from the clinic.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive counseling, screenings, testing, and injury care.
- Coordinate patient care and support wellness and chronic disease management.
- Handle clinic operations, including inventory, opening and closing, follow-up, insurance verification, payment collection, and appointment management.

- Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in good standing; obtain and maintain multi-state licensure based on business needs.

- Ability to provide holistic evidence-based care, including pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and safer sex counseling; order and administer vaccines and injections.

Pay
