Delivers clinic-based primary and family care, including in-person and virtual visits, to assess, treat, and manage patients’ health needs.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive counseling and screenings.
- Conduct in-person and clinic-based virtual visits, diagnostic testing, and care coordination.
- Handle clinic operations such as inventory, opening and closing, patient follow-up, insurance verification, and payment collection.
What they ask for
- Master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program and current AANP or ANCC national board certification.
- Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing and active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to provide evidence-based care, administer vaccines and injections, pass a respirator FIT test, and complete DOT certification within 30 days of employment.
- Physical presence at the assigned clinic; bilingual proficiency may be required depending on market needs.

Pay
