Provides clinic-based primary and family care, including in-person and virtual visits, for patients in Mary Esther and surrounding areas.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive care, counseling, testing, and care coordination.
- Conduct in-person and clinic-based virtual visits, wellness services, chronic disease management, and preventive screenings.
- Handle clinic operations, including inventory, opening and closing, patient follow-up, insurance verification, payment collection, and appointment management.

- Master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program and current national board certification (AANP or ANCC).
- Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in good standing; obtain and maintain multi-state licensure based on business needs.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ability to pass a respirator FIT test.
- Complete DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment; physical presence at assigned clinic required.
Nice to have
- Experience with the EPIC electronic health record.
- Experience in virtual care, or a MinuteClinic precepting rotation if provider experience is under one year.
Pay
$41.85 - $90.13 USD base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary
