Provides in-person and clinic-based virtual primary and family care, including assessment, treatment, prevention, chronic disease management, and care coordination, while supporting clinic operations.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive care and wellness services.
- Conduct in-person and virtual visits, diagnostic testing, injury and illness treatment, and care coordination.
- Handle clinic operations including inventory, opening and closing, follow-up, insurance verification, and payment collection.
What they ask for
- NPs: Master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program, current AANP or ANCC board certification, and active unrestricted FNP license; or PAs: qualifying master’s education, current NCCPA certification, and active unrestricted PA license or eligibility to obtain it upon hire.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and ability to pass a respirator FIT test.
- Complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment; obtain and maintain multistate licensure based on business needs.
- Ability to provide holistic evidence-based care, including counseling on pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and safer sex practices (NPs); physical presence at assigned clinic required.
Nice to have
- Experience with the EPIC electronic health record.
- Experience in virtual care, familiarity with digital health tools, or a prior MinuteClinic precepting rotation (for providers with less than one year of experience).
Pay
$46.03 - $99.14 USD base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary
