Provides in-person and clinic-based virtual primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and care coordination for acute and chronic conditions.
What you'll do
- Deliver primary and family care through in-person and virtual visits, including diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, and treatment.
- Support wellness services, chronic disease management, preventive screenings, and coordination with other healthcare professionals.
- Handle clinic operations such as inventory, opening and closing, follow-up, insurance verification, and payment collection.
What they ask for
- NPs: accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program master’s degree, current AANP or ANCC board certification, and active unrestricted FNP/APRN license; or PAs: ARC-PA-accredited program, current NCCPA certification, and active unrestricted PA license or eligibility to obtain one upon hire.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and ability to pass a respirator FIT test.
- Complete a DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
- Obtain and maintain multi-state licensure based on business needs; physical presence at assigned clinic is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with the EPIC electronic health record.
- Virtual-care assessment and decision-making experience, or familiarity with digital health and virtual communication tools.
Pay
$46.03 - $99.14 USD base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary
