Provides in-person and clinic-based virtual primary and family care, including diagnosis, treatment, prevention, chronic disease management, and clinic operations.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; deliver preventive counseling and diagnostic testing.
- Provide in-person and virtual visits, coordinate care, and support wellness and chronic disease management.
- Handle clinic operations, including inventory, opening and closing, follow-up, insurance verification, and payments.

- NP: Master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program, current AANP or ANCC board certification, and active unrestricted FNP/APRN license; or PA: specified master’s-level education, current NCCPA certification, and active unrestricted PA license or eligibility to obtain upon hire.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and ability to pass a respirator FIT test.
- Complete DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
- Obtain and maintain multi-state licensure based on business needs; physical presence at the assigned clinic is required.
Nice to have

- Experience with virtual care, digital health tools, or virtual communication technologies; prior MinuteClinic precepting rotation may be preferred for providers with under one year of experience.
Pay
$46.03 - $99.14 USD base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary
