About the job
Provides clinic-based primary and family care, including in-person visits and virtual care from the clinic when patient volume allows.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive counseling and screenings.
- Perform diagnostic testing and coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals.
- Manage clinic operations, including inventory, follow-up, insurance verification, and payments.

- Master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program and current AANP or ANCC board certification.
- Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in good standing; obtain and maintain multi-state licensure based on business needs.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; complete DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
- Ability to provide evidence-based care, administer vaccines and injections, pass a respirator FIT test, and work physically at the assigned clinic.

- Experience in virtual care assessments and clinical decision-making; familiarity with digital health and virtual communication tools.
Pay
$41.85 - $90.13 USD base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary
